If you would like to transfer your package to another person or address, please email us to request and process. Transfers/Changes must be within the same season order to be processed.
What can I expect with my delivery?
Our spots are limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your deposit is made and the package is selected, someone from our team will contact you within 48 hours to schedule your installation. We will do our best to work with you on special requests or dates; please email us at jennifer@harvestporchdesign.com.
When do deliveries begin?
Pumpkin delivery dates will be offered from September 20th to November 1st. You do not need to be home at the time of your delivery. Your setup will take place on your front porch unless otherwise noted and arranged prior to installation. We do our best to accommodate your preference but cannot guarantee exact dates. Dates are first come, first served within our installation weeks.
Do I need to pay when I order?
Yes, we have several payment options and will need payment before your order and delivery can be processed. Once payment is received, your install date will be booked!
Do you have a delivery zone? Yes, please see our map on the website for our delivery zones or delivery fees. We are located in North Houston, Texas. For special requests, please email me at jennifer@harvestporchdesign.com
What package is best for you?
We would love for you to submit pictures of your space so we can make recommendations on your requested design space. You can email me at jennifer@harvestporchdesign.com
Do you only offer pumpkins?
We offer hay bales, grand pumpkins, specialty pumpkins, mini gourds, and pumpkins to add to pumpkin packages based on available inventory. We do not deliver these items individually or separately from your package selection.
Can I request a color theme?
You can always email us with your special request, and we will do our best to accommodate your porch design vision. This is also subject to our inventory. Simply email us at jennifer@harvestporchdesign.com with your request and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
How should I care for my pumpkins?
We are delivering fresh pumpkins. That said, our pumpkins will have irregularities in shape, size, and color. We do our best to provide the highest quality but cannot guarantee the life of your pumpkins. We are unable to replace rotting pumpkins. Cayenne pepper sprinkled lightly tends to help keep the critters away, as does spraying some white vinegar with water.
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay or we can sent you a link for payments.
